 Q.1. Discuss the inherent challenges of gender constructions in India amidst the Covid 19 pandemic. Use a feminist lens to critically analyse the issues with reference to “domestic violence” and “work participation of women” to map out the impact of pandemic on women’s lives.

Q.2. What is politics of reproduction? Discuss it in the context of maternal health in India. Refer MWG 009 course material, macro indicators and case reports in support of your answer.

Q.3. Write an essay on the significance of caste as a social structure to reflect on women’s issues in the contemporary Indian context.
